Man I really need the FTP server to start working so I can update the theme. I am thinking of something light and minimal.
In other news I have received my OLPC XO and it is pretty sweet. I am working to try to mold it into the perfect mobile platform for me. I am throwing a new distro, wireshark, and a few other goodies onto it. Updates will follow in a matter of months.
Muhahahahhahaha

Well I was just browsing the internet the other day and low and behold I am trying to access my file serer that has a hostname starting with mdranta and a link from my history pops down (I am using firefox 3 beta 5) and it autocompleted to mdranta.net/blog. So I was amazed because I completely forgot about it. Right now I would be having a major revamp done on the site however I just found out my FTP no longer works, I will have to talk to my webhost about that. However for some good news I am a mirror for the file host host-a.net, it’s pretty fun you should check it out.
And for site news I have given up on my webcomic and my web 2.0 project. Well not really, I have replaced my project with instead of coding a site from scratch I am just going to build upon a new one.
And now farewell for a few months

Someone once asked me how they would start using Linux with having no technical knowledge. I responded to them in the whatnow forums (now decapitated). And this is what I said
I would recommend the ubuntu distro it can be found at http://ubuntu.com. They just released a new version of it and it looks and feels better than the old one. Also another one that I recommend for a bit more experienced user is Gentoo linux. It can be found at http://gentoo.org. A good library of 99.9% of distros can be found at distro watch and again it can be found by using google. If you have a Mac then you can use possibly the distro that felixalias has made but I have not tried it so I can not give you an opinion on it. I am currently moving most of my computers to Linux, I am keeping one of them windows because I want to lay games without having to use WINE or another windows "emulators"(I put it in quotes because WINE is not an emulator but it works for using windows apps on Linux by using the windows API). Now to stop myself from going off on a rant I have to tell you of two sources where you can learn ore on the subject. One is http://www.linuxreality.com/ it is a podcast that explains to the newer user how to use Linux. The Other thing I’ve been meaning to mention is http://tllts.info, it’’s an internet radio station they have a show once a week on Wednesdays, they are a group of people interviewing the major people in the Linux/open source world. The more people Linux and open source has, the better the distros that come out.
Please excuse the forum markup I just copied this from my post. I hope this inspires someone to use Linux

I have now officially registered the domain for which I am to have my web 2.2 project under. I still will not disclose the type of project or any other details until I have released my project from the alpha stage into the beta stage. Help is always appreciated, email if you want, use the contact tab if you want my email.

You know the web 2.0 project I have been working on well I have hit a few pot holes on the way to completion. I was wondering if there was anyone who was an expert at flash action script and php who was willing to help the project. Just contact me through the contact page if you want to help. Thanks a lot :).
Update:
If you do decide to take on the task of helping me you will have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, just to protect my idea and nothing else.
